In this three-month program, you will explore who you essentially are. Or who you once were, but where you lost a piece of yourself along the way. You will go back to your core, where you feel yourself. Out of your head and into your body through kinesiology sessions, pilates and live and online coaching with homework assignments in between.
You gain insights and clear old pain. Your always rushed feeling makes way for peace. From peace you can make choices. You can start creating your own life when you feel you are on the right track.
